Why were people going on and on about it being 3 million back in April then, especially since it was reported by the board moderator no less?

Here's another one claiming 2 million float on the same day:

Granted, that may have been a typo. But there are a bunch of others screaming how tight the float was at 3 million. And if 7 million is indeed accurate for that period in time, can you refer us to where you got that info? I realize that there is plenty of bad info on message boards, but when the info is coming from the moderator, one would hope for it to be true.
