Unfortunately, no one has been punished on the SLJB scam yet.

PV scheduled for a pre-trial hearing his two counts of criminal fraud on 9/9/09.

PV, SS, AD, SLJB (Nevada), Kore and nominee account holders (most of them anyways) scheduled for a full OSC hearing on seven counts of violations of the Ontario Securities Act on 11/16/09.

Justice is taking a Long time.
