Thanks for the clarification. It should be noted, however, that the float has nearly quadrupled in less than 3 months:

That's a lot of restricted shares (if that's indeed where they came from) coming onto the market in a rather short time. And since the "tiny" float is what is being highlighted as the main reason to buy in many of the posts here (if one is given other than "we'll be seeing .10s in no time"), it's certainly an item of interest for those contemplating an investment in this company. Use this info for what it's worth.
