You were the one who brought up GM. Seems nothing like Lehman. GM common is wiped out. Management publically acknowledge that base case scenario, GM common is unlikely to recover anything. GM comon is under a HALT and will resume trading when?

I agree that the longer it takes to wind down Lehman, the more recovery it will have.

The recent news about Lehman creditors wanting to accelerate the Bankruptcy Ch 11, is not good for the Lehman Estate. It only benefits the moving party.
