Penske itself is already publicly traded - PENSKE AUTOMOTIVE GROUP (PAG)

I don't know if they will fold Saturn into PAG or operate it as a seperate company with its own ticker.

PAG has recovered pretty nicely from its low las March and is currently trading at $15. Its high was $24 in January 2007 and its low was around $6 last March.

nope (not part of the new GM)... Saturn is in the old company called "Liquidation Motors" to be sold or liquidated

If Saturn is sold to someone - it will be up to the new owners to be private or public
