Take AMWAY....(If Amway went kaput tomorrow) it's foolish to think a total liquidation of amway could not achieve a profit.
I could step in tomorrow as a private investor and buy Amway's name, intellectual properties and continue operations or sell my own products under the Amway name. Why because that name is well known/recognized.
