no, i don't own. i owned long ago, a couple of years ago. i have just been doing dd on the stock since it has been trading a bit, but i see the situation has gone from bad to worse. when i owned the stock before, they were just in the beginning stages of shutting down their operations. at the time, their customer service lines were basically inactive and sales were way down. they were having a hard time paying the bills. at that time, they did have a virtual corporate office out of which the ceo , prem, and their legal/cfro worked out of. that no longer exists, and sivan claims to be unaffiliated with the company now, which is weird because he was the majority owner. maybe it's owned now by the cd holders.
