no they are selling down to 10%. Its really not that big of a deal. My guess is we see the rest of what they want to sell be sold in a private off the tape transaction. The buyer being the company or the "lord" stein. When i spoke to them last night, they were pissed as a hornet. I would expect to see something quickly..this coming week or next.
Really not a big deal as this type of stuff happens all the time.
As i found out early on in investing, Institutions are mostly idiots.
