the same way that i am able to buy products on ebay that were made by companies that are now out of business - it's called overstock, wholesale, etc. ever been to graveyardmall.com? they have lots of merchandise that they sell that are no longer available via normal retail channels because their manufacturer or maker of a given product is now out of business. that is the beauty of the web. there is probably a helluva lot of overstock of igia products floating around the world, being bought and sold by discount retailers. why don't you try buying/purchasing one of their famous products and see if you get any info in the packaging that tells you where and how you can contact igia to replace it or repair it if it breaks? i'll bet you there is no way to do it.
