The Federal Trade Commission sued an IGIA subsidiary, Tactica International, doing business as IGIA and IGIA.com, in April 2004 for the same practices. Tactica entered into a Consent Decree with the F.T.C. that required it to cease its unlawful practices, provide consumers with prompt refunds when requested, and pay $300,000.00 in civil penalties.


And again December 13, 2006!!!!!!! HOW IS THIS STILL PENDING...

THE CRUX OF THAT CASE WAS IGAI DIDN'T ISSUE REFUNDS fast enough to some little old ladies in Arksansas perhaps that bought vacumms or blow dryers. It happens...not making. Very serious violations here dude....dude you have something in 2009, 2008, or 2007 even??
