"inside source"? i concluded that the business is done based on my dd. regardless of what you choose to believe, the delaware state board of corporations has them listed as an "inactive" corporation. you cannot change that fact, and none of the other dd you find changes what the delaware sos website shows. secondly, the other FACTS that do not require any "inside" information, which i do not have, nor would i have for any reason, but have ascertained my info through the internet and independent efforts, are that the company has no active website or company address or valid company telephone number. or email address for information. i keep challenging you to call or email sivan for yourself, but you just keep coming up with old information about the company to defend your position. that is fine and dandy, but it does not change the reality. i challenge anybody to find a valid number for igia anywhere. the best that you will be able to do is to use the link i provided earlier, which will lead you to sivan, but he will not say that he is affiliated with igia anymore. another thing is that i challenge anybody to find a valid address and phone number for tactica international as well. i have found no legitimate address or phone for them, and they are supposed to be the owners of igia. so, i am sure that there will be investors that will be smart enough to try to verify the same dd that i have shared and look beyond the facade of the glitz and glam of the company's past when they were in their heyday.
