Someone with a heck of a lot of stock is selling relentlessly. Only a fool would ignore this. It's been going on for weeks. So, who has that kind of stock? Only RME and Furth. Those are the two choices.

To say there are only a couple hundred million shares in the float here is beyond absurd.

Effective
May 19, 2009, There recent 8-K Spongetech Delivery Systems, Inc. (the “Company”) amended its
Certificate of Incorporation to increase its authorized capital from
1,860,000,000 shares to 2,060,000,000 shares consisting of 2,000,000,000 shares
of Common Stock having a par value of $0.001 per share, 20,000,000 shares of
Class B Stock having a par value of $0.001 per share, and 40,000,000 shares of
Preferred Stock having a par value of $0.001 per share.

CYRXorbust, you are wrong. Just plain wrong.

Even funnier. This was last year when they announced there 10-q on 4/20/2009. RME owns 49.32% which is 257 million shares according to last year's 10-K. I'm sure they own alot more, but look at what I just found.

Guess who owns RME.

The control persons
of
RM Enterprises International are Michael Metter, Steven Moskowitz and Frank
Lazauskas, all of whom are directors of RM Enterprises
International.

LOL.

Even funnier.

I'm convinced.
