Francois Marland is the head of Orifer who took a big chunk of the private placement of 80,000,000 shares back in December. Since each share contained two warrants, Marland/Orifer probably does own YNG.

Seeing as how Golden Eagle was brought in because Graham Dickson and his boys were doing such a bang up job of running Jerritt Canyon into the ground, it doesn't looks like gold bars will be gushing out of the mill any time soon. If memory serves, YNG was trading for $0.03 back in December. Might be headed that way again real soon.

Thanks for the info searchlight. I have mostly no time to post lately, or in the near future. I n the process of buying a new home, involving a cross country move. But will become more active again when the smoke clears. Keep up the good work.
