No, because what was happening in Germany wasn't a characteristic of what was happening throughout the rest of Europe. Germany was driven by an insane leader. The Middle East is driven by many insane leaders, one of which is Saddam Hussein.
Are you actually arguing that the environment and mentality in the Middle East does not provoke people to join terror groups and declare religious jihad against any civilized nation?
