like MGLG did before it ran, RSGR appears to be hitting .0002 on a regular basis despite being cellar boxed right now. so when they drop the bid off it's probably a way of flexing their muscle down here and applying leverage.
peeps talk a lot about the size of the SS, but looking at the chart i just don't see that many shares traded. they could be very tightly held, and especially if it's going to bounce to .00s on us one day.
