Yes..I never was a fan of either of them. It's basically all BS until we... If we see a settlement. You can throw out all the fancy legal jargon you want. It's just that. Of course I prefer a meat ball next to steak tartar. Nothing fancy.
Either that or the MMs are bringing the price down so that shorts and naked shorts can cover, because they are expecting a settlement in the not-too-distant future.
