Funny point, today I was getting coffee from starbucks and I saw a truck labeled with big letters "IronMountain" ... LOL.

When you wire transfer funds certain electronic and security protocols are initiated.

The days of wire transfer fraud is over and it would be disastrous for WMI to lie about such a transfer when you can prove the following:

1. The computer where the transfer was initiated has the record on its hard drive.

2. The computer that the transfer was accepted has the record on its hard drive.

3. The WAMUFSB network server has records of all transaction for transfer and receipt of the transfer.

4. The data can be forensically traced.

5. The time stamps and signatures can be verified.

I can go on but the killer for JPM and FDIC is if during the seizure, receivership and sale, this computers were seized and destroyed, then IRONMOUNTAIN comes in and has backup copies then we might be looking at criminal investigations of theft and obstruction of Justice.

Weil will call in the pros like the FBI uses for tracking down child porn. If the money was transfered you can bet your bottom dollar that they will find the record.
