Our Mission
Our first and most important task is originations, so we have tailored a marketing plan that includes recruiting loan originators throughout South Florida. We also have a very aggressive advertising campaign which includes television commercials, newspaper advertisements, internet, Realtor presentations and more. Second we hired a new Sales Manager and expanded our processing department. Third is to expand to new locations in order to broaden our services, our next location will be a community bank type store front in the Metro-Miami area and Fourth is to add key members to our board of directors.
Our Plan
Our plan is to expand our services by opening multiple locations primarily in Miami-Dade County. Such locations will be a community bank type of store front in highly populated areas. We plan to open 4 new locations and expand to over 400 originators. In today's marketplace there is a great environment to create an infrastructure to be the leader in retail mortgage lending, taking the opportunity created by the government's assistance to banks with funds to make loans more readily available. Expert is working in creating the proper scenario to brand itself as the "go to firm for all your real Estate lending needs."
