It might not be a drug killer. But we need the data. The 2 hysterectomies in the phase 2 endometriosis trial are bothersome. What is an acceptable level for a hysterectomy in an endometriosis patient?
Regarding efficacy, pain reduction in UF occurs at most 50% of the time (2/4 months). And in less than 50% of the patients. What’s up with this? While Proellex stops menstrual flow, after drug cessation there is a high chance for menorrhagia. Where is the balance?
