The RPRX recent PR on LFT elevations includes patients who have completed up to 4 months. It includes patients “who [are] between 0-4 months in a trial.” The UF anemia clinical trials are for 3 months.

The 470 patients include all patients who have completed the 4 month dosing and do not include anyone who is between 0-4 months in a trial.

The PR is clear the elevations “all occurred in the first four months of treatment.”

The above listed elevations all occurred in the first four months of treatment and resolved without intervention upon discontinuation of product.
