If you don't think that economic development will work in Iraq than why are you supporting this Bush claim that we are somehow spreading democracy?

You are asking me a question that supposes certain realities one of which is that we are already at war. But to try and answer yes I do. I think building an economic infrastructure would have done more good in Iraq than all the years of sanctions.
