the buyout is off the table for reasons unknown, Jarad calls it a distraction. At a stock trading for less than 1/20th of the possible purchase price, draw your own conclusions. It is also mentioned that Pilot said most of Jarads friends sold out in the .02 range. Doesnt look good right now
