1. The OS has not increased-- agreed. The float has increased. The over-riding issue for a trader is the same-- can the float absorb the new shares. So far it has bent (from a high of .12), but not broken. (i.e. the 40k shares on the bid this morning or better yet the 37k shares on the up-ticked bid EoD yesterday)
2 & 3. Duly noted.
4. Reframed argument-- not applicable. Interesting to note the use of time-frames to argue success-- "so far so good," but there is a long time between now and Christmas...
5. More exposure certainly can't hurt, but historically speaking, they had significant exposure coming in. I see it as possible more than probable because I give more weight to the underlying market dynamics which contributed to the re-org-- and which still exist today.
Again I like the potential of DUSS, the crux of the difference between our impressions IMO is valuating dynamics and assessing risk-- no worries...
On a positive note, TA is starting to lean positive again :-)
