I don't know where I read the so-called typical formulation for politicians but I memorized it as it was, IMO... so appropriate:
I pledge to run a campaign on the issues, unlike my low-down opponent who is plumbing new depths of evil and depravity.
Yeah...It's funny...but does it have to be that way?
I can't help but wonder what the average Democrat would think of Republicans if we compared John Kerry to Adolph Hitler as some did with President Bush?
