... China's Achilles talon, though is multifold:

1 - Aging population
2 - Aging infrastructure
3 - An economy almost exclusively dependent on export

If and only if the economic partners of the region are able to thrive economically, would they then be able to consume at China's mammaries with the same insatiable commercial appetite as the US Baby Boomer generation once did.

If the US, Europe, and other developing countries are not providing the substance to permit these Asian partners to thrive, then China will sit fat and seemingly useless, like a trinket Buddha on a key chain.

All is not "turn key" in that region.

that is so true,
they have patient, a sleepy giant is getting ready to wake-up,
they are fighting a war, not a military type, but in financial world, look at Japan, how fast Japan raised itself up after world war, because they spend nothing in military but concentrate in industrial grow, even Russia abandon it now
