For example would there be anything that would prevent the ERHE cash from being utilized to buy assets from Chrome??

If those assets are not worth what was paid for them, then its called fraud!

Also the Directors of ERHE have a Fiduciary Duty act in the best interest of the company and its shareholders.

If they violate these thing, they can go to jail!
