If the 30 million in cash that ERHE currently has do you think there is anthing that shareholders could do to prevent them from buying assets from Chrome !! What if ERHE management had 2 billion in cash ??? You think they would spend it to provide the best value for ERHE investors of in such a way as to put the most cash in Offor's pocket ???
