Strass you don't have to be paranoid about dilution, there will none.SEO will not like that and will not screw us with SEC/DOJ, etc possibly watching ERHC.
Do you realy believe ERHC can't find money to do acquisitions, ADDAX,Afren and other companies can even Equator(EEL) which are not in a good position found money to drill in the JDZ.
BTW this conversation started with emdayal replying to me about a possibilty that EEL has a bid on the table and ERHC could be the bidder, perhaps together with ADDAX and or Sinopec (also mentioned in the june update)such a group or consortium could easily find money.
