all mgmt has to do is call pinks to reinstall them and get rid of them. if mgmt doesn't do it, it will stay there. so 8-k reporting are very serious for company pr's. o.k. next one!
A great many stocks on the pinks are Caveat Emptor. If this was a stock that did everything right it would not be a .0001/.0002 stock. The question should not be are they Caveat Emptor the questiosn should be what is the company doing to turn it around. It looks to me like they are doing lots to turn things (news releases and financials) around so in my mind it will not be too much longer before we move up. As for your assurtion earnestDD that biofuels are tanking, you are right they are but they are on there way back up and they are buying now when it is at the bottom. You don't buy these plants when everything is going well (otherwise you would be paying 250 million for a plant). You buy them when no one wants them ... which is right now.
