There is no doubt in my mind that China...
wants ERHE.... its just a matter of time, and price at this juncture. They jumped on Addax, before drilling occurred in the JDZ, and got a bargain,imo
They could very easily make ERHE a similar deal,...somewhere in the ballpark of about $2 Billion is my guess. China could care less about the SEC, or a bunch of US lawyers, it won't slow them down for a second.
Remember SEO, can go play in Nigerian waters, and without the SEC looking over his shoulder, or being bad mouthed by STP.
