I don't know if ERHE can pull that off alone Opus X, it would be great but believe IF there are negoptiations with EEL I would think at least one of "our technical partners " would go along and would cope perfectly with the strategic alliances as Peter C Ntephe called them.
This could be one "group" in the EEZ
