All in all, I thought the jab at Michael Moore was in good taste. If you read the news reports about Moore's entrance, it was fairly high profile and quite distracting, and McCain said it with a smile. Moore returned the jab with a smile and waved to the audience.
My point is, the DNC spent most of their time either bashing Bush or talking about 4 months of Kerry's life. What has Kerry done since returning from the Vietnam War? What has he done in the Senate? What did he do immediately after returning from Vietnam?
All that is forgotten, and all we talk about is his service and some guy he pulled out of the water. Hell, he even has this guy he saved following him around to all his speeches and waving to the crowds and kissing babies. It's sickening, especially for a guy who was so strongly against the Vietnam War.
