No reason to PR every little detail causing the delay, this is a big money making deal for ARTI and that's why it took 5 months to get to this point, there is obviously alot more than people realize in terms of paperwork, lawyers meetings, etc to take care of before buying a 3 million dollar company like CSD.

Price went up in anticipation of the deal being completed (CEO in his conference call indicated end of June) it's all on paper now waiting for the bank's approval, the 8K already outlined the completion of the financing. Just be patient.

Edward was well aware that his emails were posted here... Not only did he receive links to my postings, but copies of the investor newsletter which I send out on a weekly basis...

And it's not very uncommon for CEO's of smaller companies to use ihub and its board moderators to communicate with investors. Once you have a few posts and explore a few other boards, you will see that this is fairly common.

Regarding PR's. A recent PR stated that Artfest was in the final stages of acquiring CSD. Bandit appears to be correct that a PR never stated to complete the acquisition by the end of june.

However, The recent conference call which can be listened to on the website as it is posted there indicates, if I remember correctly, that ARTI planned on completing the CSD acquisition by the end of June.

So Bandit is correct in that there is not a PR stating the end of june and Chris is correct in that there is public knowledge posted on the ARTI website (conference call - not a PR) that the acquisition was planned by the end of June.

The only truth in all of this is we do not know if the CSD deal was or was not closed or if closed, when the PR will be published.

Can we put this to rest for now. It is important, but only ARTI knows the timetable for indicating what is happening. We can only speculate.
