FAIRFAX, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Today ICF International, Inc. (NASDAQ:ICFI - News) (“ICF”), a leading provider of consulting services and technology solutions to government and commercial clients, announced that CM Equity Partners, a private equity firm holding approximately 30 percent of ICF’s outstanding common stock, reported a distribution of 1.5 million shares of ICF common stock. Following this distribution, CM Equity Partners and its affiliated partnerships continue to own approximately 3.1 million shares, or approximately 20.4 percent, of ICF’s common stock.
