cubman719, Read this and go to the company website for more. www.gtxcorp.com

GTX Corp (GTXO.OB)
Current Price: $0.17
Target Price: under review, pending annual update
GTX and Aetrex Worldwide, Inc., a global leader in pedorthic footwear and foot
orthotics, have entered into a platform test agreement. The companies will
collaborate on the development and mechanical engineering of GTX Corp's patented
PLS 2-way transceivers and software systems to monitor the locations of "wandering"
seniors afflicted with dementia by embedding its technology in Aetrex footwear.
Aetrex is a $60 million dollar family-owned corporation widely recognized as the
global leader in pedorthic footwear and foot orthotics. Development should begin
immediately with product testing projected to commence by Q4 of 2009. This is
exciting news as this collaboration provides further validation of GTX’s business model
of licensing its technology to a consumer brand. The GTX and Aetrex finished product
will have a combination of GTX’s broad patent protection and sixty years worth of
Aetrex’s brand recognition in the medicinal senior footwear market.
The Company is expanding its LOCi brand with the soon to be released iLOCi2™ and
Code Mobile(TM). Following the soft launch of LOCiMe version 1.3 (currently
available at the iPhone App Store), this week the Company is releasing LociMe version
1.5 with a list of enhancements and upgrades furthering the Company’s commitment
to developing its mobile strategy. Four versions of iLOCi2 ™ are scheduled for release
including a free two user version, an 8 user version which will cost $2.99, a 24 user
Platinum version and an Enterprise version with unlimited users to be announced. We
should note that it is significant that Apple reduced the price of their iPhone, doing so
will dramatically increase the number of iPhone users which in turn will produce
additional application users which GTX will benefit from.
Shortly after the release of the first two versions of iLOCi2™ the company plans to
launch Code Amber News Service on a mobile platform. Code Mobile is a social
location content provider, pushing "data-rich" missing persons alerts to mobile
handsets. This will be one of the first news services that will deliver real time data,
tracking an incident by seamlessly delivering information based on the physical
location of the subscriber. The Code Mobile app will be available on the iPhone and an
SMS alert service will be available on RIM BlackBerry and Google's Android, in
addition to other smart phones. The Code Amber Mobile app and SMS service are
expected to significantly expand the current Code Amber News Service alert system
sending real-time alerts of missing persons, turning thousands of concerned citizens
into "smart eyes" on the street.
On the heels of the Aetrex announcement, the Company received significant media
attention including a link in the Drudge Report and placement in major media outlets
around the world furthering its brand building process in the PLS space.

We continue
to believe GTX Corp is a tremendous opportunity at current levels considering it is
trading well below book value. The current valuation does not reflect the Company’s
accounts receivables, contracts, patents and growing intellectual property, inventory
and the value of its two wholly owned subsidiaries LOCiMobile and CANS.

We believe
www.vistap.com
the value of CANS to be twice that of the current valuation of the Company. The
Company’s balance sheet is healthy with no debt and management has made
significant reductions in operating expenses, which was reflected in the quarterly
report.
GTX Corp. develops and integrates customizable miniaturized Global Positioning
System (GPS) tracking and cellular location technology for consumer products and
service applications. For additional information on GTX Corp. please download our
