And a post that alleges executives of HSYN are engaged in illegal trading of shares is not a "personal attack?" It is actionable libel. I ask for no slack - just enforce everything equally. Rifleman blatanly claimed that no answer to the Waterville lawsuit was filed and, in essence a default judgment would be entered against the company. Was that true, even close to being true, even arguably true? Apparently that is A-OK with IHub. Well its not OK with me. Here is the post where he libels company executives, even comparing their activity to organized crime:

Let's face it, these guys are desperate. They put that press release out to unload shares. It will never become an sec filing. At this point they are happy to unload anything at over one cent. I'd be willing to bet all my worthless shares that they are playing both sides of the fence to make that happen. The italians have a fitting phrase for this company: la cosa nostra.

I categorically deny that I called anybody an "idiot" in those deleted posts. I said the readers of the board could reach their own conclusions about that, so the charge against me is factually incorrect. What prompted my post was the claim by another poster that, "Unlike arbpro, I still think this could be legit." Anybody who has paid one ounce of attention to this board knows that I have vigorously defended the company, so how is it even remotely close in fact to allege that I am claiming the company is doing something that is not legit? That was patently ridiculous. Is that not a personal attack? But what absolutely takes the cake is that all my posts are deleted, but none of the posts that ridicule me are touched. Mercy, even the jab taken at me, responding to my deleted post is allowed to stand. So somebody gets to take a shot, I respond and get deleted, and then they get to take another shot. Kind of hard to lose an argument when someone gets the FIRST SAY and the LAST SAY.
