Looking at Level II today, the stock was at .0021. I saw the percentage jump way up, and someone entered there buy at .021 for 40,000 shares. It took the order. He spent $840.00 verses $84.00. This was like about 2 minutes before close of market today. Maybe he got some help from his broker. I don't know though.
