Irrelevant as no law or rule can be created which mitigate ERHC's rights, period. It's written in the contract with ERHC.

They are going to have to find another way.

That sounds like the way STP may plan to "mitigate" ERHC's 2 100% picks. Limit them to one pick in the very best block groupings.

Can't blame 'em for trying. If EEL & ERHC both exercised their choices in the same 'best' block grouping there wouldn't be much left to auction.

Regardless, any restriction on ERHC's choices will be litigated - or negotiated. Like I said before, don't expect to see any EEZ auctions this year.
