The market and everyone's situation changes daily. I'm not sure how the mm's work pink sheets but I've learned to try and take advantage of the way they work the bb and nasdaq microcaps. Sometimes they have to step up and buy when nobody else will and sell when there are no sellers. Seems there are enough buyers & sellers to keep it orderly here.
