Everything is fine except business Steve.........very slow. Had a nice seasonal spurt for 6/8 weeks in April May but June has hit another wall. This is a normal seasonal pattern in magnification.......I personnally think this economy is going to be very subpar for quite a long time........hopefully I'm wrong. Geoduck season has been in full blast with extreme low summer tides and tomorrow Dungies open up so I'll have to be there for that......how's this sound?.......Fresh cooked Dungeness and ICE COLD BREWSKI......come on over! LOL Gained back about 1/3 of port. values off of March lows but have given about 10% back.......cash position high and planning to make it higher. Expecting to close this week on adjacent 2.5 acres contiguous with nursery so gonna burn some of that cash soon.........no real deals in R.E. here but I wanted it for the location......make a bunch.
