ORDER

This 24th day of JUNE 2009, the defendant having entered a plea of not guilty to the Indictment, pretrial motions shall be due within thirty (30) days, that is on or before JULY 24th, 2009. The time between the date of this order and JULY 24th 2009 shall be excludable under the Speedy Trial Act ( 18 U.S.C.3161,et seq.)
