So you think Blackburn would have gone through all the trouble to hire a lawyer and show himself at a township meeting as well as issue a PR stating that if officials do not back off they will be sued?

Seems alot to me if this was a scam. Too much involved imo. I have researched this in much detail and have found no reason that this is a scam.

IR has been up front with any of my questions/concerns and the TA is ungagged.

If it were a scam, what is the purpose? To get the stock to pennies? If so bring it on....

I just read the document and it shows that Rick Blackburn was excluded on the PLAINTIFF side which means that he did not want to accept the $600K settlement. That matches with the IR response. If he was a defendant, I would be more concerned.

Now, I don't argue that being associated with questionable people is a bad thing but I would think during a lawsuit a lot of people are associated to "questionable" people. If that was not the case, there would never be a need for a lawsuit.

Don't know...interesting information, but I don't see enough to make a conclusion...
