While I agree that this whole IR reply requires further analysis, there is soemthing that I read that has me even more intrigued:
"While Mr. Marek planned to bring our business model to fruition, his one year contract expired and he was offered an opportunity in Europe and chose to pursue that opportunity. "
He had a ONE YEAR CONTRACT? With whom? If BCND was Adam's company, then why did he have a contract? Who did not renew his contract to then bring in Rick?
Who are the parties really involved in the buyout? Sounds like it isn't Adam or Rick...
Any thoughts?
Don't know if this was already known, but my DD found that Old Fork Field Corp. was based on London, England. Could be a different Old Fork Field Corp. but, 1) not a common name, and 2) it is also no longer an active company. Maybe Adam is now working with that group.
