Ya But....
It's really remarkable how a little 3 week mostly sideways correction after such a huge run up has gotten the "Ya But'ters" all fired up.
The cracks that had appeared in the WallOWurry got patched up with very little price damage.
And last Thu the AAII crowd got all gloomy.
And today, more confirmation from Ticker Sense Blogger Sentiment:
25% bullish and 75% not bullish [neutral or bearish]
and here we are:
Quarterly window dressing after a bullish quarter [bullish]
coming up on:
Last day of current month [bullish]
First day of new month [bullish]
day before holiday [bullish]
day after holiday [bullish]
That does not mean that every day mentioned will be up [or even the cumulative duration will be up], but if you are taking House bets...Historically those days mentioned tend to be positive more than they tend to be negagive.
Also SnP rallying off it's 200 day as are many leading stocks.
Being short this market between now and July 6th may pay off but it's the low odds gamblers hope bet, not the house bet. [in addition to factors cited in last weeks...why Bullish? post]
