Absolutely look at every positive along with every negative. That is what smart investing is all about, weighing the positives against the negatives and making an informed decision.
At the moment I would say SPNG has more positives than negatives going on with it, which is why I've repeatedly stated that it is a good stock to play in.
I'm not sure why people can't get this through their heads.
But if you just want to dismiss everything that doesn't jive with your expectations then go ahead, it's your money.
