Part of the DD by many newbies, if they were wise, would be to find out what the current share structure of Spongetech is to ensure that company wasn't diluting. What's so difficult about issuing a pr to ensure everyone that the current O/S is still 722 million? Why are they holding back that information?? It just make poster's want to post more negative stuff about it. If they tell everyone the truth, the negative posters would probably go away, at least for a little while and all would be satisfied that there is no dilution occurring. Simple????
