We got in Pr's that the OS was aprox 700 million and come the 10q find it was 722 million and change....
does it effect the way you look at the stock that much that you have to know to the last share how many shares are OS at every second of the day in a company which isn't selling shares into the tradable float and only using shares in a rotation of the AR credit line...
but hey I think the problem is you don't understand the simple relationship or what's going on with RME and the fact that this is a very very healthy thing... but hey all the power to ya for coming up with a theory based on nothing...

On the May 31st 10k it has to be a specific number reported for the per share info. The problem is that they will not be filing the 10k for the fiscal year until August. A lot can happen to the O/S by that time. Just take the worst case scenerio, and with their rate of growth, you will be able to justify a 20-30 cent stock price easily.(even if 2.5 billion O/S)
