Listen TPT.. this is a company that is starting off..
There are many ways to fund yourself..
Some go to VC.
Some sell shares to the public..
SPNG funds themselves through organic growth... IN other word the shares that are breaking the backs of investors that you are soo worried about are going to the directors of SPNG... to be bought back at cost that they were issued once the AR comes in...
You can't go from a start up company to the big boards without this process... And to get upset by the company which is doing the most healthy means of growth is asinine. TO falsely accuse them of selling shares to the public should be out right criminal.. You have been given the means in which to research this and understand it but rather than do so, you continue to make up a theory which could maybe or might be going on... and set in stone that is what's going on even though it hasn't ever happened in the past.. and get upset at the company for it..
It really blows me away.. But hey don't worry a hedge fund is short because of the same trivial mistake you made... Their theory will bankrupt them... What will it do to yourself?
