See then they have to clear up when they will be in Walmart? Then who is in charge of the company? Why merge with this company? Why not release this or that? No matter what they would release then your right something else would come up, then something else after that. You can't please everyone. Either you invest, daytrade it, or get out.

If the authorized shares were 1B, instead of being raised and raised to 2.5 billion I think this stock would be at 50 cents by now. This issue has held back the stock tremendously. Does management not know this?
