Ummm they don't tell ANYONE what the share structure is and that is kind of the point isn't it?

Yeah and what are you going to tell that people that bought at .20 and higher a few weeks ago only to see their holdings drop in a manner of an hour.

This is exactly what the "bashers" feed off of on these boards, is people who are unwilling to even acknowledge that something could be amiss in the ranks.

I prefer to look at all sides of a stock I am looking at and not just what other people who have something on the line one way or another want me to believe.

I guarantee you that if a filing came out tomorrow that said "Yes we have indeed increased our O/S to 2B shares" (Note: I'm not saying this is true)

There would be several posters on this board defending that and making up all sorts of excuses as to why it's okay. We both know that is the truth.
